Another Day in the Paradise 4

I remember that since I was little I liked stories. They can tell a lot in very little text. 

I always thought that reading, listening, seeing something that touches your soul can change you and mark you for life. 

Now, studying an artistic career about telling stories, I feel that my mission is to transmit something that reaches people and that they can reflect on the story that I am trying to tell.

What I study can influence people's minds. I like human stories that deal with everyday problems that, as people, we face every day. I like the drama HAHAHA. I hope one day to write something that can reach people. Something with which they feel identified and that, in some way, can help them.

I see myself in this process living. TO LIVE. I feel that I have lived very little, and beauty is in the everyday. I hope to learn and improve the weaknesses I have when telling a story (directing, for example) but above all, enjoy the process and not die trying. I see myself failing, obviously, but I know that one day I will be able to achieve the dream.

Well...  My name is Ignacio Durán Vidal (I always say my mother's last name because i think it´s important). I´m 19 years old. I was born in Providencia, but i grew up in Fresia, south of Chile. Why? Because all my family lived there.  Talking about my family. Now I´m far from her. THIRTEEN HOURS AWAY! But they are fine, I hope so. I have a sister. He is thirteen years old an his name is Mariana. I miss her. She studies in the same school where I studied. Talking about my past studies. In Fresia there is only one school. ONLY ONE! There was no another option. So, I studied at the "Colegio Purísimo Corazón de María", a catholic school. There, I had the opportunity to discover one of my favorite hobbies.  The first time I did it was at school. There was an orchestra and I learned to play violin, and the first song I played was "Zun da da" by Zion. It was a goooood day! Hi! It´s me again. LET´S START WITH THIS! Well... I remember my dream job when I was a child. I remember that it was not very different from what I´m studying now. Since I was a child I dreamed be a pontor. Why? Because since I was a child I liked art. All about painting, drawing, arts, it was fun for me. It´s not the same anymore, I think... Actually, when I finished high school, studying arts was an option. Estudying music was also an option. But I was scared.  I was afraid of failing. I was afraid of not getting a job anywhere. But I studied film and television, and also an artistic career. So... IT´S THE SAME HAHAHAAA. I decided to study film and television at the Universidad de Chile because I liked the curriculum. Several of the courses appealed to me: sound, camera, script, art, photo... I think I didn't make a bad decision. My favourite piece of technology About that... I got this piece when I was about ten years old, I think. I remember that I asked for it as a Christmas present and I just wanted to have it. I use it connected to the cell phone, or to the computer, or even to the television, and then I put it in my ears. It is something that, to this day, I use regularly. And I think I would never stop using it. I LOVE IT. I like it because I love listening to music while doing anything. Or to better listen to a movie. And I think I couldn't live without them because it wouldn't be the same anymore.
